Identity theft and the practice currently known as phishing are of great concern to ARTWALEY. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit information, username, login password.
The company has very flexible and friendly 10-days returns policy that lets you return items provided in a good and undamaged condition. Also, our staff will never ask you why you wish to return the painting, when you have to. For damaged/incorrect items we offer full refunds. For paintings returned back out of choice, we deduct the courier change and refund 90% of the amount in your registered account. In case of prepaid orders - it would be refunded back to same credit card/bank account used while making the purchase within 2-5 days of receiving the painting back to our warehouse.
- Paintings purchased from the Gifts Section i.e. Customized, bulk and corporate, once purchased CANNOT be returned.
- Paintings once framed and sold will NOT be taken back.
- If you had placed a COD order that has not been paid for, then of course no money will be refunded.
- In case of prepaid order, full amount will be refunded to same Card/Net Banking account used while shopping.
- For paintings that are framed and are requested for cancellation - we are sorry we CAN’T process your request to cancel the order
The Company will not be responsible or liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this agreement, even if we have been informed in advance. The liability of the company would be to the extent the charges paid by the user for buying the product on company’s website.
ARTWALEY respects copyright law and expects its users to do the same. It is ARTWALEY’s policy to terminate inappropriate circumstances of members or other account holders who repeatedly infringe or are believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders.
